What happens if the recipient is not available / unavailable during the delivery?
When we ship with FedEx, the system generates an email with the tracknumber that you can follow on www.fedex.com.
FedEx sends an e-mail in the case something goes wrong with the delivery.
The courier will attempt delivery twice, each time leaving a notice of attempted delivery.
After the second attempt the parcel will be in stock, after 5 days it will be returned to sender.
In this case, please try to contact FedEx to arrange delivery. In the event that a phone number has been provided, the courier will contact you.
After 5 days all stocking costs will be on charge of the recipient.
What do I do if the package does not comply?
If the package shows any non-conformity (bruised, crushed, patched) signing for acceptance of the package should be placed "with reserve".
To make sure you receive what you ordered as soon as possible, please follow the following tips:
• Let's give an address where someone is always there to receive the package
• The name specified must match that on the doorbell. If the courier can not find the name, then the package returns to the sender as "address unknown"
• Add all your data, even your telephone number
• Don't forget the zip code
