You can register directly from the home-page by clicking "Login" at the top right, or when placing your first order by following the steps during the checkout process.

How do I place an order?
Each product page contains an option to add it to the cart.
You can put in the cart all the products you want.
You can always check the content of the cart at the top right of the page.
By clicking on "View Cart" below the summary, you'll be taken to the shopping cart page where you can see all the details.
Once you've found everything you are looking for, go to the cart and checkout by following the simple instructions you will be given.

How do I order more than one piece per article?
If you want to order more than one piece per item, you can change the number of pieces for each item ordered in the cart by changing the number in the [Quantity] and then click [Update the Quantity]

How do I know if you have the availability of an item?
Our online catalog shows all available items, out of stock items are indicated as "temporarily unavailable".
Therefore all the products you see online are ready to be delivered.
In the exceptional cases that an item is missing, you will be notified of the problem occurred and any other items in the order will be shipped immediately.
Of course the price of the missing item will be deducted from the total price.

Can I save the shopping cart?
The cart can be saved by clicking Save Cart in the shopping list. Your cart will be automatically reloaded at next login.
You can also add the products to your wishlist, and afterwards move them into the cart.

Can I send the ordered items to a different address than my own?
Yes, you can decide to deliver to an address different from the one stated at the time of registration.
During the checkout process, you will be able to change the delivery address.

Can I cancel/modify an order?
Orders are processed as soon as submitted, so it is not always possible to cancel or modify orders.
If you want to cancel or modify an order, please send immediately an email to support store@sonicsolution.it, specifying the order number.

How do I check my order status?
Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Express delivery orders are accepted untill 14.00 every Tuesday or Thursday.
Orders placed until 12:00 may be shipped on same day.
Once the order is delivered, the system automatically generates an e-mail that contains the tracknumber.

What if I do not get what I bought?
If the order will not be delivered within the period stated by us plus a margin of 7 working days, please contact us at store@sonicsolution.it.
If an order can not be delivered by courier due to the absence of the recipient, all costs of storage at the warehouse of the courier will be charged in full to the recipient.
In order to avoid unpleasant and costly mishaps, please be sure to indicate in the "Step 1" of the checkout process, under the heading "Comments on orders and shipments," a preferred time when someone will surely be present at the shipping address.

Can I return an order back?
Sonic Solution Entertainment s.r.l. guarantees to replace any item that is defective or damaged.
As provided for by Legislative Decree 185/1999, also the customer, ie the person who makes a purchase for purposes unrelated to his professional activity, has the right to terminate the contract of purchase.
If you intend to make use of the right of cancellation you must notify, within ten working days after receipt, by registered mail with return receipt addressed to:

You can return the goods with "parcel with letter" unencumbered by check, or with a "package" franked with rate priority.
In both cases, you must attach a document containing a list of the goods delivered and the reasons for the return. In case of return by withdrawal, the goods must be returned in original packaging, so that the products can be resold.
Sonic Solution Entertainment s.r.l. will send the amount back to the client, net of expenses.
